How to contact Celcom

There are several options to contact to Celcom if you are not able to go to their branch, Blue Cube outlet or any of their dealers, which you can find guides easily from their website.

Click Contact Us at the right hand top of their website. You'll get FAQs, Contact Us Form and Call Us information.

Review

  • FAQs answer all your basic questions.
  • Contact Us Form is not the best option. It's a traditional and time consuming option, plus you need to fill in some form as what the name is.
  • As right now I am a Celcom customer (porting from Maxis), I always find it most conveniently to answer my queries through 1111 because its free no matter how long the duration and it's 24/7. Even when I was with Maxis, I used to call 1111 from my Mom's number for anything related with Celcom. One downside is during less active time such as after midnight and public holiday, you might experience a much slower answered calling (might due to limited number of staff working).

Take notes
The only thing you should consider currently is that telcos in Malaysia have started to asking for verification of caller identity. Some like Maxis will ask to talk to the Named-of-the-account for that particular number if you request a detailed information like billing details. For example my Maxis number was under my Father's name. So every confidential details will not be exposed unless they can talk for a while with my father for verification. It's a bit a pain in the a** but that's for the sake of security. So you don't want to stuck to the situation even worse when the owner is not around. But nothing much can be done for those under 18 where they should be named under their parents or guardian.

Online Customer Service
This is another option you have but only for Celcom customers. Questions about this service can be found in the FAQ Online Customer Service. Right now they work 9am-9pm everyday except for Saturday which they are off.
If you need guide on registering Online Customer Service.

Celcom Easy Menu button
They call this as Quick Guide.
*111#
*118#
*119#
I think you might mostly need 118 option than the other two. Check it out yourself.
